Questions
The things people ask before they apply.
If what you want to know isn't here, message me on Instagram or send it through the application form. It comes straight to me.
01 What does coaching cost?
It depends on where you're at in life, and I price it that way on purpose. A shift worker with two kids and a student and someone with a flexible schedule and a bigger budget are not in the same position, and pretending otherwise just prices people out of something that would have worked for them.
So there's no fixed number on this page. Fill in the application, tell me your situation honestly, and I'll come back with what makes sense for you. Applying is free and there's no obligation to go ahead.
02 Do I need a full gym, or can I train at home?
Either works. I build the programme around the equipment you actually have, whether that's a full commercial gym, a garage setup, or a couple of dumbbells and a bench.
The application asks what you've got access to, and that answer shapes the plan from day one. You won't be handed a programme full of movements you can't do and told to improvise.
03 How long do I have to commit for?
Online coaching is month to month. No lock-in contract, cancel whenever you want.
That said, be realistic about the timeline. Visible change takes 12 to 16 weeks of consistent work, and the clients on this site who got the biggest changes stayed the course. Signing up for four weeks to "try it" mostly tells you whether you like the process, not whether it works.
My 12 week guarantee exists for exactly this reason: give it the full block, and if you haven't visibly transformed I refund you.
04 I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. Beginners are welcome, and so is anyone carrying an old injury or a niggle. Both get programmed around rather than ignored.
Starting from zero is genuinely an advantage: nothing to un-learn, and the first block of progress comes fast. If you're carrying something, tell me about it in the application and the plan gets built with it in mind.
If you're on the Gold Coast and would rather be shown the movements in person before going online, in-person PT is the better starting point.
05 What actually happens after I apply?
The form opens your email app with your answers filled in. You hit send, and it lands in my inbox. No mailing list, no automated sequence, no sales team. I read it myself.
I come back to you with which option fits, what it would cost in your situation, and what the first block would look like. If it isn't a fit, I'll tell you that too.
Everything after that runs through the training app I built: your programme, your logged sets, and weekly check-ins on load, reps and recovery.

Six questions, a couple of minutes, and it comes straight to me. No obligation either way.
